Australia's superannuation rules increasingly require those who engage performers to account for super, including recent and proposed changes to how and when super is paid. The booking brands below are all part of the Entertainers Australia network. Bookings made through them include the handling of applicable performer superannuation as part of our booking model, where it applies.
We run these brands so that, when a business books entertainment through any of them, the performer payment and applicable superannuation are managed within the one booking model, rather than left for the client or the performer to work out. How superannuation is handled across the network
Whichever brand a booking comes through, the approach is the same. The client contracts with the booking brand rather than the individual performer, which depending on the structure can change the superannuation position. We then engage and pay the act, and administer applicable superannuation obligations as part of the performer payment process, where super applies.
