Perth-born singer and songwriter Simon Paparo has made a significant impact on the Australian music scene with his compelling and heartfelt music. Since a young age, Simon has been honing his craft, creating original songs and delivering powerful renditions of other artists' work with a refreshing dynamism and genuine emotion that captivates his audience.
Drawing inspiration from acclaimed musicians such as Snow Patrol, Coldplay and Lewis Capaldi, Simon is establishing himself as a prominent voice in the Australian music landscape. Currently based in Melbourne, he continues to evolve creatively, preparing new musical offerings for his ever- growing fan base.
Renowned for his ability to enchant audiences in mere moments, Simon is a skilled and engaging performer, characterized by his mesmerizing vocal delivery and poignant, reflective lyrics that resonate with the contemporary human experience. Whether it's an intimate acoustic set or a dynamic live performance, Simon Paparo consistently leaves a lasting impression, drawing in his listeners with his soulful melodies and genuine passion for storytelling through music. Simon achieved 3rd place in the "Melbourne's Best Busker" competition, as featured in an article in the Herald Sun. He had the opportunity to perform live on 3AW Melbourne and was also interviewed and performed live on ABC Melbourne 774 and Triple R. Furthermore, he participated in the Australian final of the Emergenza band competition with his former band, The Drifting, at The Metro in Sydney. Additionally, Simon and The Drifting released an EP that received airtime on Rage and Triple J. In addition to his musical accomplishments, Simon is a producer and score composer. He operates Four Doors Studios, where he collaborates with artists from Australia and around the world to record their music
Simon is looking forward to the future, where he aims to get some of his music placed in film and television. He will continue to perform live because it is one of his greatest passions, and he loves how music has the ability to heal and connect people. When he is not working, Simon loves to be with his family and play tennis.
